Some job sites only approves profiles with the best experiences, and leaves the question on how about the fresh graduates or non-experienced applicants? how could they start having experiences. -Companies or agencies have limited features on the job sites where they post jobs unless they pay some fees to unlock some capabilities. Some sites does require payments every job posts. -Most job sites does not have social network integration, in which latest job posts can only be seen when visiting the job website. It does not go to your Facebook feed when you scroll. It also requires internet data charges just to see the latest job posts when navigating to the website. -When you create a profile in a common job site, you cannot upload your credentials such as transcripts, diploma, certificates, ID's, medical records, etc. You always need to send it to the employers. That goes to agencies and companies as well, it has been a cycle of asking the applicants for requirements or credentials per applicant in which they need to get it from the email the applicants sent to them. -Other job sites is only for finding jobs, we cannot blame them as because it is what they specifically just want to do. -Some job sites are specific only with home-based or remote jobs, and some only has on-site jobs. Some only have white collar jobs and other only have blue collar jobs. If you can have it all on one website then you only need to have one profile to take care of. Not like you create profile on other site and another one on the other because you want to find remote and on-site jobs as well but they are on a separate website. Because of those identified bottle necks, problems, or manual processing. We have already fixed or automated the list above.
