You will be responsible for calling back interests from people who have expressed a current interest in qualifying product being offered by the clients. To be effective in this role you will need to understand that done badly, your audience will lie, waste your time and maybe even get abusive. Done well, people will be eating out of your hand and want to work with you, since they will see that you say, makes sense to them. And the more people your message makes sense to, the more who will in turn agreeable to fixing that appointment, the more money you make. To make a lot of money you will not rely only on your charm to strike a good rapport with your customers, but will approach the work in an intelligent way - working with the campaign team to understand the promotion, how it benefits all parties and in addition to understanding an overview of the products offered so you can, naturally, converse with the customer by how it will help them. All training will be provided.
