Core responsibilities:
● Develop the vision and own end-to-end strategy for growing client’s key digital channels, including but not limited to social media channels, email marketing, paid media (Google, Bing, etc), affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, and more.
● Utilize data-driven methodology, analysis, and measurement to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of client’s performance channels.
● Ability to understand financial forecasting with media spend and revenue as well as ability to shape media mix across core conversion platforms and broader brand awareness investments.
● Strong ability to summarize client results into digestible insights with clear next steps across status reports and ad-hoc client requests.
● Expert in Facebook Ad Manager, Google AdWords, Linkedin Ads account management and ad execution.
● Design experiments and implement tests that help convert new users, driving customer success.
● Manage the testing framework and feedback loop for the BORN digital marketing team to continuously iterate on creative assets, and execute experiments and conversion tests to improve lifetime value/customer acquisition cost ratios for clients.
● Oversee campaign management and reporting, including in-depth analytics of LTV, CPA, ROI, and other KPIs as required.
● Collaborate with the BORN Data Science team to develop tooling, automation, and new measurement methodologies, and optimize performance.
● Experience with the creation and execution of Influencer programs, including: manage individual influencer campaigns to meet our client KPIs, serve as the primary client contact for ongoing influencer marketing work, reach out to new influencers across verticals to bring them onto client campaigns, negotiate pricing and costs for influencer campaigns
● Experience with community management, including responding to comments, creating decision trees for consistency and understanding best practices for social media customer engagement

Key Qualifications
● Assumes at least 2-4 years experience
● Agency experience is be preferred
● Ability to stay on top of the latest and greatest industry trends relevant to paid media acquisition and optimization, and digital marketing in general.
● Strong interest to learn and grow in areas of SEM, SEO, display and other digital channels
