BRIEF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Assess, design, and develop DevSecOps blueprint.
2. Lead the identification, installation, and configuration of the tools necessary to implement DevSecOps.
3. Lead the migration of projects to the DevSecOps stack
4. Ensure and monitor governance of the DevSecOps practice

COMPETENCIES:
1. Basic programming experience.
2. Understanding of DevSecOps culture and principles.
3. Knowledge of software development lifecycle and Agile practices.
4. Experience with agile project management, source code management, continuous integration/continuous deployment, build atuomation, code quality, and test automation tools such as Jira, GitLab CI, Git, Checkmarx, Postman, Selenium, FitNesse, etc.
5. Knowledge of APIs and integration
6. Knowledge in the setup and administration of Docker, VMs, and cloud services.
7. Knowledge of functional and non-functional test automation tools.
8. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment.
