Responsibilities 
● Capture and document technical requirements for e-commerce implementations, assisting in the delivery of the solution to meet client’s business requirements and producing functional specification
● Function as a liaison between the development team and the functional/business team breaking down technical requirements into digestible information for non-tech resources
● Evaluate potential software solutions and the system architecture to ensure that they meet client requirements
● Lead discovery analysis and subsequent requirements gathering that support the strategy and objectives contained in the brief
● Create business requirements documentation, use cases, and functional specifications in the form of user stories and wireframe/design annotations
● Coordinate requirements walk-through and sign-offs, verifying with user representatives/stakeholders that use cases and process models accurately portray specific business needs
● Create any supporting documentation necessary to communicate detailed requirements to the development teams
● Ability to maintain requirements traceability to manage scope creep
● Detail oriented with the skill to analyze and “read between the lines” to ensure scope is maintained
● Drive requirements prioritization alongside client stakeholders and internal team members
● Drive requirements through the project lifecycle, supporting testers and developers in understanding requirements.
● Support the client through standard platform and customized platform training 
● Support business owners with the UAT process
● Serve as a SME throughout the organization on eCommerce platform questions or aid in troubleshooting efforts
● Serve as a leader or mentor within the Business Analysis team by coaching junior staff, defining best practices for eCommerce solutions
● Data mapping and data modeling,  
● Technical understanding of OMS and  API setup 
  
Experience  
● Bachelor’s degree
● Significant experience of working in a Business Analyst role, having previously successfully delivered a number of robust, efficient solutions involving complex multi-system dependencies.
● Experience implementing SFCC, Adobe Commerce, or SAP Commerce
● Excellent understanding of data models and the relationship between data and processes ● Significant experience working in JIRA and Confluence to manage requirements Skills
● Adjust in a fast paced, self-starter environment with a “can-do” and go-getter attitude
● Ability to digest large amounts of information from multiple sources and decipher what is necessary and what is not
● Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
● Ability to identify, mitigate, resolve and escalate risks throughout the lifecycle.
● Experience managing stakeholder expectations and controlling project scope
● Deep understanding of web development architecture and technologies
● Excellent analytical, creative problem-solving skills, written and verbal communication skills
