Some job sites only approves profiles with the best experiences, and leaves the question on how about the fresh graduates or non-experienced applicants? how could they start having experiences. -Companies or agencies have limited features on the job sites where they post jobs unless they pay some fees to unlock some capabilities. Some sites does require payments every job posts. -Most job sites does not have social network integration, in which latest job posts can only be seen when visiting the job website.
