Positions: Cyber Security Business Unit Head

Location: Dubai, UAE

Job Summary:
The manager of the cyber security business unit will plan, target, and cover for Client's security portfolio in the market while upholding and expanding the unit's goals. Realize the given plan and cooperate with both external and internal stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
- 10-15 years of IT/Security experience in Business Development, Client Management and Strategy Planning.
- Excellent communication skills and the capacity to establish trustworthy connections with Senior management, C-level executives and vendors, as well as all organizational levels.
- Territory Planning and leading through continuous security industry focus and key enablement.
- Excellent leadership skills, managing, developing and motivating teams to achieve objectives.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments.
- Customer focus and able to win over new clients.
- Channel management for all cyber security vendors and Distributers.
- Developing and securing new pipeline while guaranteeing 100% renewal business and achieving new business across the GBM Security portfolio products.
- Managing cyber security team to achieve their targets.
- Manage the full operations of Cyber security Business such as sales, presales, delivery and support.
- Have an overview of all cyber security Projects and maintain the customer satisfaction for each Project Delivery.
- SalesForce.com regular update.
- In charge of overseeing daily operations and transactions.
- Maintain team security certifications.


Qualifications & Education Requirements :
- Min bachelor’s degree in computer engineering or computer science.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in the Security Solution field.
- Cyber Security and NW security Certifications.

Required Skills:
- Strong Working experience at least in one of the UAE local standard SI’s.
- Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal, written, presentation).
- Positive attitude, team player, self-starter; takes initiative, ability to work independently.
- Project management skills and an ability to translate business requirements into technical IT security deliverables.
- Excellent report writing and presentation skills.
- Identify/explore new areas of services which GBM can provide for improvement of customers security posture.
- Conduct continuous research to identify/enhance security skills/capabilities.
