and biotin. ADOBONG SALAGUBANG OR JUNE BEETLE INGREDIENTS 1 lb. fresh Salagubang or June Beetle 2 tbsps. soy sauce 4 tbsps. vinegar 1 tbsp. oyster sauce optional cup water 4 cloves garlic
minced 5 pcs. tomato slice 1 large white onion
finely chopped 3 pcs. red Thai chili salt and pepper
to taste 3 tbsps. cooking oil HOW TO COOK Clean the Salagubang or June Beetle. Remove the feet and wings and Wash thoroughly under running water. Heat the cooking oil in a mediumsized saucepan. Saut the garlic and onion until translucent and add the tomato. Add the June Beetle and lightly stir fry Add soy sauce
oyster sauce optional and red Thai chili optional. Add vinegar and water
and bring to a simmer. Cook for about 5 minutes or until the Salagubang or June Beetle is cooked through. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the Salagubang or June Beetle adobo in a serving dish and serve with hot steamed rice. Enjoy Mau1144View Count
