About the role
As a Business Analyst - Web and Mobile Application you will support the Product Managers by creating the detailed requirements of MEGA products, such as specs and user stories, and by documentation to enable them to focus on product vision and road mapping. Part of a global team, you will report to the Product Manager.
You will make an impact by:
working closely with the product managers to understand the product vision and concept
helping to define and track success metrics
liaising with the UX design team to understand user pain points and needs
collaborating with engineers, designers, and testers to analyze and define requirements and user stories with iOS, Android, and WEB guidelines
assisting test teams with quality assurance flows to ensure all the requirements have been met
identifying possible product and experience gaps
keeping up to date on industry best practices and standards for digital user experience.
This role can be remote within NZ, and we offer flexible work arrangements for employees based at our Auckland office.

You have:
2 to 4 years experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Mobile Application or Website development
business analysis skills, including facilitation, process documentation, requirements gathering, and user acceptance testing
experience with Agile Scrum framework for software development
strong organisational and time management skills to prioritise work and meet deadlines within defined timeframes
strong relationship management skills and effective stakeholder engagement abilities
the ability to ask the right questions and understand the received information to act on.
