Ingridients
- 1kg Chicken Thigh
- 1Whole Garlic
- Oyster Sauce
- 6-7pcs Kalamansi
- Soy Sauce
- Black Pepper
- Salt
Procedure
- Get a mixing bowl put the chicken and make sure it is clean then add Garlic chop(Fine Dice)
- then extract the juice of the kalamansi and put it on the bowl. add some oyster sauce and
- Salt and Black pepper to taste put it on the chiller for 1 to 2 hours. after chilling
- prepare the griller put into heat and when it's ready grill the marinated chicken skin side
- first for 10min then cover adjust the heat on low. after 10 min turn it in the other side
- for another 10min. after that. it is ready to serve..
