How to Cook Chicken Inasal In 5 minutes!

Chicken Inasal 

Ingridients

  • 1kg Chicken Thigh
  • 1Whole Garlic
  • Oyster Sauce
  • 6-7pcs Kalamansi
  • Soy Sauce
  • Black Pepper
  • Salt
  •  

Procedure

  1. Get a mixing bowl put the chicken and make sure it is clean then add Garlic chop(Fine Dice)
  2. then extract the juice of the kalamansi and put it on the bowl. add some oyster sauce and
  3. Salt and Black pepper to taste put it on the chiller for 1 to 2 hours. after chilling
  4. prepare the griller put into heat and when it's ready grill the marinated chicken skin side
  5. first for 10min then cover adjust the heat on low. after 10 min turn it in the other side
  6. for another 10min. after that. it is ready to serve..
