HOW TO COOK SIZZLING PUSIT

Sizzling Pusit(Good for 2-3pax) 

Ingredients 

1 large Squid 

  • 1 pc Carrot 
  • Bell Pepper 
  • Cellery 
  • 1 Large Onion 
  • 3-4 gloves Garlic 
  • Salt 
  • Black Pepper 
  • Butter 
  • Tomato Sauce 
  • Aji no moto 
  • Sugar 

 

Procedure 

  1. Cut the Squid into ring, carrot. Cut the bell pepper and cellery into julienne. Cut the onion and garlic into brunoise then set aside. 
  2. Get a frying pan, put into heat and add some butter then start suteing the sliced carrot, bell pepper and cellery for a minute. 
  3. Then add the sliced squid sutei for another min. 
  4. Then add tomato sauce salt and black pepper and some sugar depends on the taste you want 
  5. Add aji no moto(optional) then add  1cup of water then cover for 4-5min. 
  6. Then it is ready to serve...
