Beef Bulalo is a well known Filipino comfort food with either regular cabbage or Napa cabbage. It is usually eaten during Cold season because of being a soup, Filipinos love bulalo for it's sweet taste and flavor
Ingredients
2 to 3 lbs. beef shank
8 to 10 cups water
1 piece beef bouillon
2 onion sliced
2 corn sliced
½ cabbage
2 to 3 tablespoons fish sauce
Instructions
Pour 4 cups water in a pressure cooker pot. Let boil.
Add the beef shank, corn, and beef bouillon. Cover and pressure-cook for 25 minutes.
Remove the cover once the pressure is out.
Pour additional water. Let boil.
Add fish sauce, cabbage. Stir and cook for 2 minutes.
