About the role

As a Product Manager in our global team, you will work closely with the product management team and senior leadership to execute the product vision, strategy, roadmaps, goals, and delivery plans.

You will make an impact by:

• advising on product requirements, backlog priorities, and delivery scopes
• providing the foresight to make reasonable trade-offs between fast delivery and rich feature sets
• working out the features that solve our customers' pain points and maximise value for them, while identifying and charting emerging market trends and opportunities for MEGA
• working closely with our supportive engineering managers, design team, and cross-platform engineers to ensure the best possible feature delivery

This role can be remote, and we offer flexible work arrangements for employees based at our Auckland office.

About you

You bring significant product management experience, and are meticulous with a proven track record of executing product roadmaps and plans.

You have:

• a strong ability to execute plans by coordinating resources to ensure goals and targets are met
• the energy to solve problems and present new and exciting features and product enhancements that align with what our target market needs
• SaaS product management experience
• a mindset of lean and incremental delivery
• the ability to engage and manage multiple stakeholders
• the ability to challenge the status quo by advocating for our customer needs
• a passion for product perfection by constantly identifying issues, even if just cosmetic in nature, and launching projects to fix them

Qualifications

Ideally, you hold a tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
