Details
We expect the candidate to be:
-Handling support incidents received from the customer.
-Provide root cause analysis to problems.
-Act as a point of contact and conduit for the customer into other technical teams and offshore product specialist teams.
-Engage higher level of support if exhausted all investigation options.
-Collect full details of the incident such as log files, etc that can help to resolve the problem.
-Initiate defect in appropriate problem tracking system and maintain status updates.
-Will be stationed in Bangkok City at the customer site.
-Weekly reporting and knowledge sharing between teams
-Support job is 9:00am - 6:30pm or will depend on customer office hours.
-Engage to customer support meetings and reporting about incidents.
Preferences:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT/related degree.
-Have 1-3 years POS/CRM/Loyalty system experience.
-Knowledgeable in basic MS SQL, XML, Windows Servers.
-Can speak in English
