BORN is looking to bring aboard a Managing Director to ensure rapid profitable growth of the Born / Tech M XDS business (Born+MadPow+WeMakeWebsites) in a constantly evolving environment. This involves leading a leadership team of extremely successful professionals encompassing strategy, creative, technology and delivery of services to clients. You will lead large pursuits to the C suite from the front. You will manage the P&L for the N. American division of XDS and be an exceptional empathetic leader who builds cohesive high performing teams in an era of WFH and zoom meetings. 
 
Responsibilities: 
• P&L Management o Achieve and exceed budgeted revenue & operating income goals o Focus on margins 
 
• Revenue Generation o Lead a very senior, diverse sales team to meet both native & synergy sales goals o Lead major pursuits and present to Clients C Suite 
 
• Managing Delivery o Work closely with delivery teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, at requisite quality levels and at as-sold margins 
 
• Managing the N. America Leadership Team o Lead, motivate, support, coach a large diverse leadership team to success and fulfillment o Encourage a positive work environment and culture for all employees 
 
Requirements 
• 10+ years experience in leadership roles in a digital agency or consultancy
